A: Our formulas are made with gentle ingredients and are designed to nourish, not irritate. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare product.

 

Q: How should I store my body butters and oils?

A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because we use natural ingredients, temperature changes may affect the consistency—but a quick stir will bring everything back to perfection.

 

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: Never. We are proudly cruelty-free and committed to ethical practices.

 

Q: Can I request a custom scent or bulk order?

Shipping & Policies

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight and location. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order (damaged, wrong item, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
